Phone upgrades are awesome. They let you trade in your shitty old phone for a shitty new phone. But how do you know when you’re eligible? A couple months ago, I made the mistake of throwing my phone in the garbage. I replaced it with a friends used phone and it turns out, that voided my upgrade. Verizon sucks dick at customer service. Their policies are retarded. Their plans are too much fucking money. I’d switch over to somewhere else, but I have serious sim card phobia.
